Returns
To ensure prompt service and minimize exposure to heat, orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service via Priority Mail.  Orders placed between the months of May and September are packaged with refrigeration packs to help keep products cool during warm summer months.  Although every effort is made to ship orders in an efficient and cost effective manner, från krämer is not responsible for exposure to heat during or after shipping and any changes to product consistency that may occur as a result.  It should be noted that while changes in consistency may affect the texture of the product, the product is otherwise unaffected and is still suitable for use.  No returns are accepted for changes in product consistency during or after shipping and for international orders.  Returns are only accepted for unused products returned and received within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.  Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.  Refunds and credits for accepted returned products will be issued only for the cost of the product purchased, excluding shipping costs.
